July – Youth Employability and Skills Development Initiative

The Youth Employability and Skills Development Initiative is a 14-day volunteer program designed to empower young people in rural and semi-urban communities by enhancing their career readiness, employability skills, and personal development. Volunteers will work directly with the LVT program team to implement pre-developed Youth Development Projects, gaining hands-on experience in youth empowerment and community development.

The initiative focuses on career visioning, career guidance, vocational training, and job placement support, helping local youth plan their professional paths and access meaningful employment opportunities

Through this program, participants gain practical experience in project implementation, mentoring, and community engagement, while contributing to sustainable youth development. This is a unique opportunity to empower youth, enhance employability, and create a lasting positive impact in the community.
